Account Deletion

Delete Account

Follow these steps in the Existence app to request permanent account deletion.

In-app only

Open the app and start from your Account or Settings screen.

Deletion window

Your account will be deleted fully within 30 days after confirmation.

Rejoin timing

You must wait at least 30 days before creating a new account again.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Open the app and tap on Account/Settings.
  2. Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap "Confirm". Your account will be deleted fully within 30 days and you will have to wait at least 30 days to create a new account again.
